Hi, I'm Avigail 👋🏻

I’m a Product & Brand Designer with 9+ years of experience across Korea and Canada,

focused on designing digital products that balance user needs, business goals, and brand clarity.

My work combines product thinking, user-centered design, and visual direction. I’ve contributed to end-to-end UX processes—from research and journey mapping to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff—while adapting my role to the needs of the team and project context.

 

Most recently, I worked on Townty, a mobile sports platform that helps amateur athletes find fair matches, book venues and referees, and earn match-based income. I collaborated closely with product managers and engineers to support scalable, research-driven design decisions.

 

I’m motivated by problems where logic, emotion, and strategy intersect, and I enjoy working with cross-functional teams to build thoughtful, practical products with real-world impact.

Product Designer (full-time)

  • Contributed to end-to-end product design for a mobile sports platform, supporting the process from early concepts to final UI delivery for both B2C users and internal stakeholders.

  • Conducted user research and usability testing, and analyzed user behavior to identify pain points and inform iterative design improvements.

  • Designed wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and usability.

  • Supported the development and maintenance of a scalable design system to improve consistency across features and releases.

  • Collaborated closely with product managers and engineers to align design decisions with business goals and technical constraints.

  • Participated in design reviews to help maintain product quality and alignment across cross-functional teams.

  • Designed and reviewed mobile app experiences for four luxury beauty brands: Amorepacific, Hera, Sulwhasoo, and Primera.

  • Contributed to visual direction and layout planning, ensuring alignment with brand identity, marketing guidelines, and premium design standards.

  • Collaborated with in-house PMs, trade marketing, and retail teams to support app-based brand campaigns and digital touchpoints.

  • Reviewed UX/UI outputs from external development partners to maintain consistency across brand and platform experiences.

  • Supported brand-led app feature planning and execution, helping improve clarity and consistency across digital and in-store user journeys.

  • Provided design feedback to translate brand and business requirements into user-facing UX improvements.
